An established designer for over ten years, Karen founded Eye for Design Interiors in 2006 and has since been a bright fixture in home and commercial design renovations in the Greater Wilmington Delaware area.  Working concept to installation, Karen looks forward to each project as an opportunity to genuinely get to know her clients and help them to delight in the process of renovation.  Understanding that the concept of “home” is different for each individual, she is dedicated to making her designs reflect the lives and personalities of each client.

Karen Kennedy launched Eye for Design Interiors in October of 2006.  Specializing in color and texture, Karen works with each homeowner to create the spaces that make them feel serenity at home.  Karen graduated from St. Mary’s College of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.  She also holds a certification in Elementary Education.  After having her daughter in 2006, she decided to open her own decorating business.  Karen has designed corporate as well as residential interiors.  She works with her team of contractors to implement her designs.  She can also work with existing contractors the homeowner has chosen.
